TFL have charged me twice for one journey?

I got my usual charge for £7.20 at around 3am, but then got an additional charge for £7.20 at around 8:30am. They are still pending, but I’m very confused. I’ve contacted them once when this happened before and they had just said it was the correct fair.

Do I have a narrow palate??

I had braces as a kid and an appliance to bring my lower jaw forward.

I can only keep the front part of my tongue on the roof of my mouth, and I do bite my tongue. Would it be worth looking in to a palate expander?
