I have two new outdoor shades and one goes up by itself automatically after about 45 min to an hour. No wind or sun/rain sensor. What could the issue be?
Does anyone have any experience with this for outdoor shades?
I’ve had this thing for about a month and half. It constantly gets stuck in either a corner or against the wall when it’s doing skim mode and it literally just sit there and push against the wall for 10 minutes and up. I try to use the manual mode to steer and half the time it looses connection. So far highly disappointed for the cost of this thing. Not to mention, I live on the East Coast and trying to email customer support. They only replied to me at three in the morning or 11 at night. Not sure what’s going on here but anybody else having this issue
I have one of the slim icemaker in the door and it makes the ice no problem when it goes to dump it. It stops at about halfway and doesn’t dump the ice. The only way to get it to dump it is to press the reset button and it fills back up again. I even replaced the whole unit thinking that would solve the problem and it hasn’t has anybody experienced this.
Has anyone used the rain sensor? If so, how does it work?
