Everyone in noida, please suggest me how I can help this boy. He has been living infront of my room before I moved in. It seems very aggressive and barks alot but he wouldn't bite me. However, he has bitten about 5 people including my family member. Security of my building would come and beat him and scare him but he would not leave this place. They would not do anything effectively.

I feel bad for this dog but I would not feed him to avoid conflict between the neighbours. But someone is feeding him in front of my room. I don't know who and everyone thinks it's me who is feeding and I'm the reason that the dog keeps staying here. And previous day, security came at my door and made a scene. People are just horrible and accuse however they want just because I didn't know hindi and the dog keep staying infront of my room. And one of the neighbours even said he saw me feeding him multiple times and just bluntly lie. He even suggested me to feed the dog POISON. Like WTF?

If my room was a bit bigger I could have bring him in. But I'm a student here and I'm barely surviving myself. So what can I do about this situation? Anyone please suggest..
