Header bolts

Trying to install a cam on my 2016 dodge Durango rt but these header bolts wont come off I've sprayed it with pb blaster its only been a little while but just looking for advice and tips im using a impact and nothing so far i have sprayed it from underneath too

Update: bottom one out on passenger and driver side just trying to get top ones somehow now

Buyers and selling

Hello im Dante(23), Im from North Dakota and im looking for real estate buyers and anyone looking to sell their house for some money. Im currently looking to get started in real estate wholesaling, and would also like a mentor if possible.
