I have noticed a lot of the songs posted here get tons of downvotes, I normally go in a listen, and upvote If I like it, move on if I don't.

But I have a theory that there there is a group (not organised ) of haters that just go and downvote songs for the sake of.

I started doing something different to try to support people using AI, If I see a song, I upvote, and if I like it, I leave a comment.

If we are to support AI music, we should stand for it don't let these backward thinking herds use the algo nature to push us down.

What do you think?, also,

Anyone know a trick to make 8 minute instrumentals?

The background is I did a bunch of songs, but they are at a very fast tempo, so I slowed them down and landed around 6-8 minutes songs, but the problem is they sound slowed down, instead if naturally slow tempo, so I tried covering them, but unfortunately they land now in 3-4 mins 😭

Does anyone know how to make them stick to the 7-8 minute?

I set up a new meta ad. I use Link Tree, normally I set my conversion event to linkClick when the ad directs to my Linktree landing page.

I launched an add, that goes directly to one of the linktree links, so instead of the landing page it's a linktree link that takes clients straight to my music in spotify.

The campaign is tracking 0 conversions, butI know at least 60 people have clicked the link.

My guess is that since the link is taking them directly to spotify, the meta ad is not tracking it as a link click because it counts as visit.

Does anyone know how to set this conversion properly?

Anyone gotten around good setting to transform a song's vocals into a lead melody? No words no nothing just the melody.

I am trying to make some instrumental version of my songs and I have managed it to do it up to minute 2-3 then it starts singing again 🤣

So it works when you select v5 instead of v5.5

I left the song structure intact, removed the lyrics and added the following to the structure tags:
[Verse 1, instrumental, replace vocals, singers, backing vocals with <instrument of your choice>]

A song about a past romance, how it ended abruptly and what I wanted to say but couldn't.

It's a trilingual song English, Spanish, Mandarin.

I wrote it in the three languages as each of them portraits better the feelings in each section of the song:

English - Real, direct
Spanish - Romantic/Passion
Mandarin - Poetic/Cathartic

Technicals: I recorded melody, guitar chords and voice base and produced in Suno, mix and mastered professionally.

Does anyone have issues downloading stems? it literally is downloading at 30 kb/sec.

MP3 and wav is downloading at full speed.

If you don't have this issue did you do anything special or have a solution?

Hi everyone 🙋🏻‍♀️ - I made a post to add AI songs to my own playlist. (I got to listen over 300 songs, all of them amazing, the post got 13k views! and over 400 comments)

I noticed a lot of people are still not publishing outside of Suno (~50%), and that's ok, there were also a lot of YT links too.

This made me wonder, how do you make the world hear your songs?

Reason I ask, it is because for me Spotify, Suno, YT are very low touch channels, whereas IG or X or Red Note have more direct messaging functions/interactions

1. Pop (rock, edm, jazz, etc)
2. Metal (incl. Instrumental & prog rock)
3. Instrumentals (not metal/prog rock)
