Impressed by new frequencies

I live in Toronto (Forest Hill) and always commute by combination of LRT + Subway + viva blue to visit my parents in richvale. Up until the last few weeks I’ve always had to walk the final 1.2km from the BRT stop at Yonge & 16th, but lately the busses on 16th/Carville have been coming much more frequently so I haven’t had to walk! I’m not sure if this is a new thing but I hope the other routes in YRT have also become as frequent as TTC busses have

Forest hill station condo entrance

Ever since line 5 opened this entrance at the base of this condo development has still remained close despite the rest of the line being open. Does anyone know when this exit will be open?
