What products to use on my hair

Here's a pic of my hair on wash day. A few years ago it was soft and silky but now it feels rough and dry. When I wash my hair, that day my hair feels very poofy and coarse with no definition but as it's day 3-4 then my lengths feel soft and my curls feel more defined but my scalp gets oily. Also I had layers but now they have all grown out, my last haircut was 8 months ago.

So basically i want some suggestions on what routine to do for my hair. I think my conditioner is wrong because whenever i use tresseme conditioner it makes my hair drier. I have never used any wavy/curly hair products.

So please tell me what should I use? Curl cream, leave in, mousse, gel, what? And what kinda shampoos or conditioners i should go for.

Also I may have kind of hairfall. Like 30 hairs fall everyday i thought that's normal

These bumps have been here since 2 years. I've used salicylic acid cleansers from minimalist and plum, niacinamide serum, aha bha glycolic acid toner too.

The products have helped in reducing them a little bit but never fully gone. Please help and suggest what to do.

These bumps are on forehead cheeks and chin. I have combination skin.

Please tell me what career path/degree i should choose. Where I'd be happy and thrive. I really don't have a sense of purpose or passion yet I'm so lost and depressed maybe. How and when will things get better?
