Klarna is not making any sense

So as of recent, I’ve tried to make a purchase with Klarna for $53. It denied me and said it couldn’t offer me any payment plans at this time. So then, I tried making a one time use card for $54, and still denied me. However, I tried $500 and it had no problem allowing me to make a one time use card, for $59, I tried $1,000 and it allowed that for $118, none of which I took.

However, just to answer the obvious, I have no balance due, I’ve paid everything off 3 weeks ago. I used my debit card, so it was an instant payment and the money has more than settled. My purchase power is $3,500, I have never returned anything, disputed any orders, or asked for a refund.

I used klarna maybe once or twice a month, and pay it off by the end of the month each time, no exceptions.

My credit score is 738 Experian, 744 TransUnion, and 759 Equifax, and those are my fico scores, and vantage scores are a little higher.

My debt to income ratio is extremely low, my credit cards are all under 30%, or not used and at 0% utilization.

I have covered almost every aspect, and reaching out to customer service to see if there’s so sort of glitch, has proven unhelpful. I get the scripted “ the system considers many factors, blah blah blah” line.

It truly doesn’t make any sense anymore. Never missed any payments, Never late, paid in full by end of the month.

Of course this is there company, and they may approve and deny people as they see fit. But it’s just extremely unreliable. You can approve $500 to $1,000 orders, but me trying anything under $100 is a no ? 🤷🏽

You’re willing to loan me $1,000 but me only asking for $50 is where you draw the line ✍🏾????? Got it

Update: Also, for the individuals who are so above BNPL companies, why are you in this very subreddit, lol. 😂

Imagine looking down and casting stones, yet living in a glass house. 🏠 😂😂😂

And to the Moderator that commented down below ⬇️, about how I should basically have a happy attitude no matter what somebody else is saying towards me.

It’s funny when a Reddit user brought up racism against me, you got very quiet, and never acknowledged how I didn’t even respond to such filth.

But again, we can clearly see what club we’re in!!!!!!!!

Participation Ban !

As of Today June 6th, 2026, My “Claimcredit”, “WinCredit”, “Credit777”, “CCCCCCCC”, and “Get100”, are only showing unavailable to participate and has been for going on 2 to 3 weeks now.

It’s done this before, and took like a month for them to give me anything.

I have another device I could use but just haven’t gotten around to it, seeing how I have about $200 in credits on this account.

So, feel free to comment below, and let me & others know have you experienced this before, and how long did it take for your promotions to come back, or did they never come back.

And yes, on my last promotion, I got a refund, but I worked it out with the seller, because I ordered a 14 inch mattress, and I received a 12 inch mattress. I feel it was a fair refund, and it was only a partial refund, based on the cost of the 14 inch and 12 inch mattress. But the seller refunded it.

I believe I’ll eventually get some promotions back, just interested in others experience with the promotions drying up.

What is going on ???

So I’ve been noticing several people have been experiencing this same problem, and as of 4 days ago, me too.

I have 3 loans out with Affirm, total being $143 left to pay on them. They were originally much higher, but I always pay them down every week. I have been with affirm for years, almost a decade.

As of around 4 to 5 days ago, I went to plan a purchase for $381, and I’m hit with the first screenshot. I reach out to support and told they are having a hard time verifying my identity with the system. Huh ?

They escalate the issue, and I’m hit with the second screenshot, telling me they were able to successfully verify my identity, and I’m good to go.

Retry it again and I’m hit with the same problem, like what’s in the first screenshot. Reach out to support and they tell me “the system is saying it can’t verify your identity “

Well this is strange, I haven’t changed addresses since I opened affirm, nothing has changed in my credit in a negative, I’ve actually gotten up to a 740 from a 635, when I first opened Affirm.

The Representative told me, they are aware of this technical issue and are actively investigating it.

So, just thought I would share, in case anybody has encountered this same issue as well.

Completed And Done ✅

So As of Today I recently completed the “CCCCCCCC” for $200, and they do make you spend around $100 or so to get it, And then completed my “WinCredit” for $350, but had to spend $495. My formula was taking the $179 I got from the “CCCCCCCC” promo, along with the the other $200 I had in temu credits, which came to a total of $379. Which means I only had to spend $116 of actual cash, to pocket $350 cash. Now deduct my actual cash spent, I got roughly $234 of free money, and loads of free stuff for my new Airbnb unit I’m renting out.

I’m now doing my last “CCCCCCCC” promo offer for $100, and honestly that will probably be it. Well, that’s if I don’t get another promo that will be well worth money wise.

I had an item issue, and I dispute any issues directly with the seller, NEVER temu directly. I’ve only had 3 item issues, with over 70 orders. The last issue the seller gave a full refund, because the product was missing 40% of the necessary items to build the product. So I now have $138 in temu credits.

What I’ve learned, dispute directly with the seller, and only when you have a legitimate complaint, that’s verifiable with pictures and videos. It’s Temu, so your expectations on the products, should be cut by 50%.

I haven’t had any promo bans when the seller issues a refund, but again I’ve placed over 70 orders, and I don’t complain about minor issues.

Temu does have a lot of inventory but 75% of it, is cheaply made, keep that in mind.

However, Temu is one of the only places I know, you can furnish an entire house/Apartment, and get money back to the point you’re making a profit. And once you learn how to do the promos correctly you can essentially, get all your items for free, and get money back.

But it does get to a point where you have gotten wayyyy more than you need, and you just are buying stuff seriously. The deals are good, especially when your really not spending a lot of money anymore, because your using Temu Credits combine with other promotions like $49 off no minimum spend coupons, etc.

This is just my experience, and sharing what I’ve learned.

Good luck to you
