I did my first jog ever tn, and had to take so many breaks 😫 I quit smoking weed (an 8th daily) 2.5 months ago, and I'm determined to get in shape.
Is being exhausted and needing to stop multiple times something anyone else has overcame? Any tips on improving in a healthy way that won't hurt my knees more than this first jog has?
