I need to get a monthly pass for bus. So I wanted to know whether it is open or not?

I've a connecting flight from Dubai on 7th May so just wanted to know whether things are fine there.

Is it an airline worth considering? I ain't getting the tickets for other ones so I just have an option to go with this one or wait until I get the tickets for a better airline. What should I do?
