Hi,

I applied to UNNC in jan and got conditional offer for undergrad with preliminary year. As stated in their website , there is scholarship for people getting 5As in their IGCSE. Which i got and submitted the certificate too. I also applied for other scholarship too just bcz it said that 2 is recommended.

I didnt get any update so I emailed them, the replied a week later telling me that they have released the names of scholarships and i didn't get any.

I emailed them asking this whole situation but didnt get any reply.

Did anyone experience the same?

Hi, I applied to XJTLU for undergraduate studies and received a conditional offer. (I'm an international student, Indian, living in Thailand.)

After I received and submitted my documents, they emailed me about three days later saying they wanted protected/locked files. So, I obtained the locked files from my high school and submitted them. Before that, I had asked them if I should ask my school to send the documents directly to the university. They replied about four days later saying yes, I could do that (with no reply regarding the files I had already uploaded to the portal). They randomly emailed me earlier, stating that I wouldn't get any scholarship but still didn't update me on the offer or if my documents were accepted. I asked my high school to email the documents to them.

I don't know what's wrong, but why can't they reply quicker? I'm dependent on these results for an unconditional offer.

Is anyone else having the same issue? Or does anyone have another way to contact them?

Update: they emailed me asking me to ask my High school to email then documents instead and they don't accept the locked documents i submitted.

I have been trying my best to access the website of universities like Sharif and Amir kabir, but I'm unable to. I want to join in English taught programs for engineering (Aerospace, mechatronics, robotics, etc). Is there any way I could Apply to the university other than the websites or does anyone know how to access the websites.

​I’m trying to finalize my admission to Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) and I am losing my mind over the document verification process.

​I received my conditional offer and uploaded high-resolution, clear scanned copies of my high school diploma and my final transcripts to their application portal. A few days later, the portal updates and says my documents are "not authenticated."

​Like... what? They are literally clear scans of my official, original documents.

​

​I'm hearing conflicting things online. Some people say I just need my high school to email the transcripts directly to the uni, others say I need to get them notarized by a public notary, and now I’m seeing stuff about needing a formal verification report from CSSD / CHSI (the Chinese Ministry of Education system) which looks like a massive bureaucratic headache to navigate.

​Did your high school sending the email actually work to fix the "not authenticated" status?
