I don’t have any problem with the religion itself, I just can’t deal with the lack of organization anymore…everyone in ISKCON is obsessed with chains of command that lead to nowhere as the appointed gurus fail to demonstrate any kind of leadership and it’s just turned into a bunch of blind leading the blind.
It’s difficult to practice any kind of religion with stupid people and with the large amount of text governing the beliefs in ISKCON they’re never going to figure it out.

I believed and agreed with Prabhupada when he wrote that all religions are bona fide methods of achieving the same goal. Now without the leadership of Prabhupada those religions are also better options.
I don’t identify with Judaism much except through messiah, but I do identify with the god fearing gentiles of the Torah. Even nonmessianic Jews have their own thing going on with their beliefs about the role of temple and continuation of the ancient practices….I don’t want to be a Muslim, I’m probably not a child of Abraham, and I’m not a child of Israel.
