My Colorado front range peeps. Are you guys still riding outdoors? Are you like me and wondering what long term damage we’re doing to our lungs and this avoiding riding outside? I’m curious to hear what ya’lls thoughts are. 73 AQI today

Has anyone had this? I’m 43 years old and very healthy. The only thing I can think of is I weld as a hobby but not all day every day. With that said, I have an expensive hood. Should I be concerned? I just went in for a routine eye exam and was diagnosed with this. My doctor didn’t do much to alleviate my concerns and now I’m googling…
