Weird final boss bug?

Weird final boss bug?

Hey, so I’m at the king (I’ve beaten him a few times, I believe I’m on the last step of the Isabeau thing), and something really weird is happening. I looped to the end with the knifekey, but any of my crafts that target enemies (too cleaver included) have a wild visual bug. On switch and zoned out for the first dialouge, if either of those matter

I have known Siffrin for 30 seconds and if anything happened to them

I hate every single one of you

New demon idea I just had

”Each night, choose a player: they die. On your first night, and on one other kill of your choice, the chosen player registers as alive until they die again”

what do yall think? In case it’s unclear, they do choose on the first night, and the “once after that” is the demon’s choice. please give me feedback and/or a name for this

edit: I think I may have phrased the text weirdly. When a chosen player registers as alive, that’s permanent (unless they die again from another source). The player on night one registers as alive, and then one kill of the demons choice after that also registers as alive

Good teensy TB+1 character?

I’ve been storytelling for a small group for a little while now. We’ve played enough games that they’re starting to want to try some new characters, but we don’t have enough players to consistently get a full game. We tried no greater joy last session, but they still want to try something new, so I’m thinking of running a game or two of tb+1 (with the +1 character being known, probably). Does anyone have any good characters for a teensyville game of tb+1?

We usually use toymaker if that matters

Garden of sin demon idea: The Plague

Edit: new ability from some feedback. Old one below for context

Each night*, choose a player: they are poisoned. If at any time no townsfolk has an ability, this is announced and evil wins at the next dusk

almanac notes:

Dead players, poisoned or drunk players, or characters with a used once-per-game ability are all considered to not have an ability.

Once the announcement is made, evil will win even if a townsfolk regains their ability. the only way for good to win at that point is to kill the demon or activate a win condition of their own.

decided to go with townsfolk because i didnt want travellers to have an effect, and it feels fun to have a way for outsiders to help out by sinking a poison (more than just neutralizing a bad ability)

*old* Each night, choose a player: they are poisoned. If at any time no good player has an ability, evil wins.

considering if it should be ”if no townsfolk has an ability”, not sure which way to go. let me know your thoughts

Idea for a bootlegger script (not the actual script)

the bootlegger rule would be “each night, players that learn a number instead learn the current night number, if it would be feasible. if a player has their ability, the game shifts to make that number true” there would be a lot of number roles, obviously. I dont think there are any evil number roles, so it might be slightly good-sided, but there could also be some evil assistance with things like empath or similar. Players affected by the changes (e.g. being juggled into a different character) learn that they are affected, even if they dont learn the change
