Where can I get tops like these?
Y'all I need help finding similar tops. Do you guys have any recommendations, any pages, brands anything where I can find these tops? The kapra must be breathable as I have to wear these in Karachi.

I can't believe I'm posting this. But here we are. So I'm 27F from karachi and I'm looking for girlfriends, preferably non married ones. My girl group from uni has gone inactive ever since everyone got married and even though we do have occasional meetups but the conversation usually revolves around marriage and they often gang up on me bec I don't have a boyfriend/fiancé yet. And instead of feeling relaxed after meeting them I end up feeling drained and insecure. My colleagues are all either men or older women, so the vibe doesn't match.
So if you are someone who's also looking for a friend, hmu. Or if you have a girl gang I could be a part of that's even better.
