Ejpt what to study after the course and before the exam?

I have just completed and reviewed the course materials. I understand the contents but I am not familiar with all the workflows. What should I do next before going for the exam. Is there a CTF list I should do in hackthebox to get myself more familiar with all the workflows? What are the best CTF there you would recommend?

800k budget Thornhill condo townhouse or Scarborough freehold?

  1. No kid, not planning to have
  2. Want to be close to work (downtown and east york)
  3. East asian, goes to markham for food

800k I can only afford condo townhouse in good zone and freehold in sub-optimal zone. What should I pick?

Thornhill would be aileen willowbrook and hillcrest to be exact
Scarborough would be above 401 and close to 404, and near milliken GO station

Does it make sense to look for school zone if I have no kid?

Looking to buy and hold for 10+ years. Not planning to have kid. The rationale is the resale value in school zone area. But will the school still be A rank when I sell? Does it make sense?

Is 800k budget freehold good location unrealistic?

Been searching for few months now. Been eyeing houses in hillcrest and John street. For my budget, is it unrealistic to hope for a freehold?

Stuck in a job I hate and what can I do?

30 years old based in toronto stuck in a job for 3 years and cannot pivot because I don’t have a good skillset, getting old and the economy sucks so badly. I have been having existential crisis and I cannot work 20-30 more years like this. Is my life over? What is my best course of actions?

Do I just rib the bandage and move to another industry? In this economy it doesn’t make sense to leave current role if you are not rich. There are so many possibilities that things go wrong and get my life even more fucked.

Me and my partner are living together since May 2024. We are working on the PR via common law application.

Since we are living together for so long we don’t know if we should include every document for proof of cohabitation since May 2024 or just latest 12 months?

With information below. Does it make sense to provide only lease agreement 2024-2025 but only latest 12 months for everything else?

The problem is:

  1. lease agreement is only May 2024- May 2025, after that i just pay landlord month to month, no new agreement.

  2. Bell only allows us to download bills from past 18 months, so I don’t have the ones from May-Oct 2024

  3. My bank statements only have new addresses starting June 2026

  4. Personal mobile bill I even forgot to change address since they don’t send mails anyways, e-statements.

(Is this sufficient?)
What we have now for showing the same address:

  1. Her Driver License

  2. Her EI Documents for a few months this year

  3. Her paystub May 2024 to now

  4. Notice of Assessment 2024-2025

  5. Her bank statements May2024 to now

  6. My Driver License

  7. Hydro bills under my name May 2024 to now

  8. Enbridge bills under my name May 2024 to now

  9. Internet bills under my name Nov 2024 to now

  10. My Employer Issued T4 2024-2025

  11. My bank statements June 2024-now

  12. Auto insurance both our names Feb 2025 to now

  13. Home insurance both our names May 2024 to now

  14. Lease agreement only 2024-2025
