Does anyone have any idea why these plants keep losing leaves as they gain new ones? There seems to be a limit on the leaves they have. It’s true they don’t get a ton of light and mostly rely on ambient light from grow lights and the window next to them. I water like once a week in the summer.
Is there anyway to turn off the beeping that happens when the AC has any Internet connection issues? It’s incredibly annoying and I think I need to leave it connected so it follows the schedule I set.

Hey fellow rats! Does anyone know if it’s safe to vacuum out 4% PFA into a flask with a vacuum port through a pipette tip and leave it there? Will fumes start to leave once the vacuum is turned off or will having the suctioning tip upside down be enough to prevent that, while the PFA naturally degrades?

To those that have herniated a disc, what advice do you have to help with long term healing to recover and be able to weight lift again? I am a 28 year old male and I injured myself squatting, I bent slightly too far forward and felt a pop and it was over, I couldn’t move for 2 days and it’s been about a month and I still feel weak and unstable. I’ve talked to a doctor but I’m curious what you all think. Is it bad?
