My partner and I are getting married in March 2027, and we’re looking for a photographer and/or videographer who may be newer to weddings and is looking to build their portfolio.

We’re working with a limited budget, so we know we may not be able to hire a seasoned wedding professional. That said, we’d still love to work with someone who has a good eye and can share examples of their work (portraits, events, couples, or anything that shows your style).

Our wedding is a queer South Asian wedding, so we’re hoping to find someone who is excited to celebrate and capture our day in an authentic and affirming way. Wedding experience isn’t required—we value creativity, enthusiasm, and reliability.

I’m reaching out in the hope that someone in this community might be able to help.

My partner and I are a same-sex couple getting married in the Toronto/GTA area. We would love to have a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony because our faith, culture, and families are very important to us.

We’re looking for a pandit who would be comfortable officiating our wedding and helping us celebrate this milestone through Hindu traditions and blessings. If you’ve worked with someone personally, know of a progressive or inclusive pandit, or can point us in the right direction, I would be deeply appreciative.
