What is the highest percent native congressional district you were able to make?

What was the percent and how could you draw it?
The best I’ve gotten was Arizona’s 2nd, at 22 percent, going through Navajo and Apache lands

Was the May SAT EBRW more or as difficult as that of other SATs, like the one in March?

This is my first time taking the test so I don’t know if all reading questions are generally this difficult (long passages and such). Also, was the math portion easier than other exams, generally speaking?
