Does anyone know how to help a fish with swim bladder issues? Two of my past fish died because of that. I want to know how to save a fish with swim bladder issues o because I have a fear of that happening again.

I have 4 tetra blue fish and the one of them can't close his mouth. I woke up today and I saw him like that .Yesterday he was okay .What is happening ? What can I do to help him ?
I have 4 neon tetra glofish in a 30 liter aquarium and one the the fish started hiding in the cave for a lot of hours even a whole day without coming out .He eats normally .Also I got him 15 days before did a water change and he continues doing that .Does anyone know why ??
