Intake manifold alignment

I’ve tried a bunch of different combos of seals and clamps and can’t permanently get rid of this damn intake leak. My intake sits slightly offset to the front cylinder and I’ve read you can clock the heads to align the manifold better. Is this ok to do on a motor that’s been assembled and running for a long time? No idea when the head gaskets were done last if ever. From what I understand I just remove top motor mount, loosen exhaust and release tension on the pushrods then I can loosen the head and re position then do torque sequence. Is that correct? Thanks

Shovel progress

Gave the shovel a lick of paint on the gas tank, just oneshot an old brush and some ciggy ash and chopped starter housing off the primary and cerakoted the cases. Not a chopper but doesn’t really fit anywhere else

Over paid

Hi, I got a pay rise 8 weeks ago and the first week it was in effect they hadn’t updated my pay amount so I was under paid. They then said they’d back pay it the next week which they did, that’s the last I thought about it.

Last week my manager approached me and told me they have over paid me $100 per week for 7 weeks and now want it back. I checked my account and I didn’t see $100 extra as tax had been taken out of that amount, it was around $50-$60. I didn’t notice this.
As far as I can tell I should only be liable for what I actually got in my account and not the full $700 as I never saw that amount.
They have basically blamed me for the error saying I should be checking my payslips every week for errors. I’ve cut the meeting there and told them to give me all info in writing.
Sorry for the rant
Is this legal? What should my next step be?
