So I am moving to a new house in Rama 2, and I have a fairly simple maid job that I need someone to do but im not sure how to structure it correctly. Currently, I have a maid that comes by and cleans my house twice a week, shes wonderful and Ive had her for 3 years. Rama 2 is just a bit far for her so i will need to find someone new.

Considering this is a bit further out, and I do have 2 fairly low-maintenance dogs, I was debating on having a live in maid. The catch? The spare house on the property I actually have intended as my office, its quite nice and is a great way for me to separate my daily work life from home life. However, I could always flex that a little bit. So the question comes up on where would she stay, if live in. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, including my own, plus a second bathroom she could use, but I want to ensure that its a fair and agreeable arrangement thats not awkward or out of the ordinary. Honestly, I would prefer a non-live-in, but that can stay and have their own room, as I am gone frequently on work trips. Any suggestions?

Summary of the house, duties, and what not.
320 SQM House

Only me plus two german sheperds living there.

Duties:

1. Sweep daily

2. Make the dogs breakfast and dinner

3. light clean up before the end of the day

4. twice a week do laundry and a thorough house cleaning of utilized space (downstairs living area, my room, office and pick up after dogs in the yard)

5. Watch the dogs while im away on trips, this is low effort.

6. Weekly shopping for dog food and things in the house. The maid can eat whatever she likes.
