Books? (Fic or nonfiction)
Hi! I’ve been into solar punk for a while but this is my first time joining a community for it. Are there any book recommendations (or honestly any media recommendations) that are essential?

My neurologist is trying to prescribe Xcorpi (cenobamate). Does anyone have experiences with this? How does it interact with weed and alcohol (mostly weed)? I’ll be taking it with Prozac too. Any experiences?
I’ll take any info bc the neurologists are saying it’s a newer drug and I’ve told them that seizure meds have had very bad reactions in the past.
So I’m in a 3/5 day EEG and they said if I have a seizure I can go home sooner. Do you guys know any tricks to induce one? I already asked them to combine the flashing lights and rapid breathing to see if that does anything.
So I’m on a new medication and I’m still figuring out how stuff mixes. Edibles and these meds DO NOT ! I was hanging out with a friend and I could feel a seizure starting and I started twitching really bad and trying to tether myself to reality (I definitely hugged her weirdly and probably looked crazy cause I was just trying to stay normal and that never works 😭). The panic attack seizures are the worst and most embarrassing cause I start trying to talk while also trying to keep control over my body. Anyway. No more edibles on these meds.
How do I explain this to my friend? Is this normal? I hate having seizures and PTSD.
UPDATE! I talked to her and she was super understanding and thought I was just a little off cause I was high. I’m still embarrassed but I feel better.
I felt a little dizzy so I sat down in my office and drank some water. I remember everything and after like 30 seconds and some breathing I felt fine, no afterwards and no pre signs. Is this a seizure or is this something else?
I’ve been feeling some sorta way about this and I can’t think of another place this would fit.
I’ve seen my roommate have sex plenty of times. At first I didn’t care it was more I walked in as they were in the middle of it. But then it turned into “oh I forgot you were there” when we were just having a conversation or “I didn’t think about it” or “you can leave if you’re uncomfortable”They always asked general how I feel and never when it’s about to happen. And I’d feel weird to stop once they’re already started. Is this my fault for not speaking up in the moment? Am I being dramatic since I’m not the one having sex am I making this about me? I feel like either way it’s both of our faults but idk.
(We aren’t roommates or friends anymore but I’m wondering what this is.)
I saw a new neurologist and just like all of them say I need to be on a medication no matter what (which I have personal issues/skepticisms about in general) to stop my seizures. And I’m getting prescribed cenobamate. Has anyone taken it? How is it? Any crazy side effects? Most of my previous seizure meds have made me really depressed and/or groggy to a level of friends noticing and asking if I’m ok.
