One perfume was all she wanted… famous last words.

One perfume was all she wanted… famous last words.

My wife had little to no interest in perfumes before we got married.

Fast forward to today… this is her collection, and I may or may not be responsible for creating this monster. 😅

It started with “What’s one good perfume I can wear?” Then it became “This one smells nice too.” Before I knew it, I was explaining fragrance notes, dry downs, flankers, and why you apparently need different perfumes for different moods and seasons.

Now she’ll randomly ask me, “What should I wear today?” and I genuinely enjoy helping her pick one.
The best part?

Between her collection and mine, our house permanently smells like a high-end perfume store. Opening the wardrobe is an experience. 😂

No regrets though. It’s become one of those hobbies we unexpectedly enjoy together. Every new bottle has a little memory attached to it, and it’s fun seeing her discover what she likes instead of just buying whatever is trending.

Still trying to convince myself that buying fragrances is cheaper than therapy.

So far, I’m losing that argument. 😅

Pulled the trigger. Bought the iPhone 17 (256 GB) from Reliance Digital for ₹75k.

Yes, I know the GOAT sale is around the corner. And yes, I'm aware the price might drop to around ₹70-71k.

But honestly, I just couldn't trust "Scamkart" with a ₹75k purchase.

Every sale season, the subreddit is filled with posts about cancelled orders, delayed deliveries, open-box issues or people running behind customer support. I know thousands of people get their phones without any issues, but there are enough horror stories that I didn't want to take the risk for such an expensive purchase.

On top of that, there have been reports of orders getting cancelled around price revisions, and with all the rumours of Apple increasing iPhone prices, I wasn't willing to gamble and then end up paying more if things didn't work out.

Could I have saved another ₹4-5k? Maybe.

But at some point, peace of mind is worth more than chasing the absolute lowest price. I'd rather enjoy my new phone than spend the next week refreshing Flipkart every 10 minutes hoping my order doesn't get cancelled. 😂

No regrets. Time to finally retire my trusty 14 Pro.

Compact search over. Got the S25

Finally after a lot of debate and searching, pulled the trigger on S25 during the sasa lele flipkart sale.

Was ready with the early access at 12 am and saw the price as low as 50k with flipkart credit cards and fortunately had one.

Went with the 12/128 gb variant as this will be used as a secondary work phone so storage won't be an issue at all. For 50k i feel this is a banger of a deal.

The phone is soo good and perfect size in terms of compactness. One UI is just super smooth and and the build is extremely premium.

Did i cook or get cooked?

Looking to get a compact phone this sale.

Does S24 snapdragon make sense in 2026? Or should I go with oneplus 13s?

Won’t be doing any gaming on either. Just some light work related stuff, browsing, occasional photos or videos, nothing too demanding. Will be used as a secondary device.
