14 yr old business owner help.

I’m a 14-year-old running a marketing agency that I started about a month ago. For my age, I’m already making strong monthly revenue with good margins, and I’ve mapped out monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth goals for the next few years.
But even though things are going well, it never feels like enough. I keep feeling like I’m stupid, behind, or not actually as capable as people say. My parents say I’m gifted and talented, and I’m also a high-achieving athlete and student, but I don’t really feel gifted. Since I’m currently injured from soccer, I’ve been putting a lot more focus into the business, and that might be making me overthink everything.
I’m trying to understand a few things honestly:
Am I showing signs of being unusually talented for my age, or is this just early momentum?
Is this kind of business growth sustainable for someone my age?
How should I think about imposter syndrome when I’m succeeding but still feel dumb?
What would separate someone who is “pretty good for 14” from someone who actually has the potential to build a serious company?
What risks should I watch out for so I don’t burn out, become arrogant, or make unrealistic plans?
How should I balance ambition, school, sports, health, and normal teenage life?
Please give me a grounded, honest answer. Don’t just hype me up, but don’t dismiss me because of my age either. I want a realistic assessment of my potential, what I’m doing well, what might be fragile, and what I should focus on over the next 6–12 months.

14 yr old

I started my business about a month and a half ago, and I’ve already built up some solid revenue with a growing pipeline of work through referrals and repeat projects.
The weird part is that it never feels like enough. Instead of feeling satisfied, I’m constantly thinking about ways to improve businesses, create new services, automate things, scale, and innovate. It’s almost impossible for me to switch my brain off. My mind is basically always on business.
I’m currently recovering from a broken ankle, so I’ve had a lot more time to focus on building. I run a web design and digital marketing business. I use AI in my workflow, but it’s just one of many tools I use rather than the business itself.
For people who’ve actually built agencies or service businesses:
Is this constant drive to build and improve normal, or is it something I should be careful of?
At what point did you start hiring instead of doing everything yourself?
Looking back, what would you have focused on in the first few years if your goal was to build a company that could eventually be sold?
I’d really appreciate hearing from people who’ve actually gone through it.

14 y/o starting own business. Any tips?

I started my business abt a month and a half ago. Since then i’ve landed a big client who has a huge network of referrals and jobs that i can do to make a large profit with some help from my parents network. Yet for some reason it just never feels enough. i just want to constantly work more and try to make more money. For example, im constantly thinking of ways to improve businesses, new ideas, scaling to making more money, ways to innovate and improve etc. I’ve been fortunate to have some early success. Am i greedy, adhd kicking in, or is this a good mindset? For context i broke my ankle so im kinda stuck doing this all summer. Any advice would be great!

Edit: I do marketing for online businesses and seo as well as web design. Before yall roast me for using ai to carry me i’ve been coding html javascript and python since the 4th grade

am i cooked? can i reach 5’10

if i’ve grown like 1-2 inches in 10 months am i cooked? i researched online that growth isn’t linear and it’s normal to have slower months before phv. almost fifteen but still don’t have facial or pit hair. voice has started to change but not very deep. had pubes at like mid to early 13. i’m hoping im a late bloomer and can hit my dads height. shoe size increased a lot pass yr and a half as well as hands grown a lot too.

just measured myself at 5’5’ almost 5’6 in evening. can i hit 5’11

no facial, no pit hair, voice hasn’t changed completely still very high and soft(i can sing soprano in choir no issues). 4’10at 11, 5 at 12 5’2at 13 14 5’4 now almost 15 and i’m almost 5’6. still no late puberty signs. still have a baby face.

Can I get 5’10

14 and was wondering if I’m cooked. Don’t have facial hair or pit hair and my voice is soft compared to people in my grade.

Can I get above 5’9?

I’m 14. Ik growth isn’t rlly a steady month to month thing but in lowk getting worried. I think im about to hit my biggest spurt. I did some research it turns out me having my feet grown 3.5 inches in 1 and a half yrs signifies I might have a big jump in height. My bday is August. I’ve grown like 1.5 inches but like growth isn’t consistent often times I don’t even have any facial hair or armpit hair at all. Voice isn’t very deep either. Am I cooked?

Hi I’m 14 and 15 in August, I’ve grown like an inch since last August maybe. I’m hoping it’s bc I’m about to have a growthspurt. My shoe size has grown like 3.5 sizes in like a yr and a half and I’m 5’6. I feel kinda negative about my height rn and I’m just kinda worried. My dad’s 5’11.5 and my mom’s 5’2. I’m hoping that I’m just not below 5’8? What do yall think my range is? I hit puberty around like 13. My height over the past few yrs has been 5’3 entering 7th grade, by end of 7th grade I was around 5’4 and it’s almost the end of 8th grade and I haven’t rlly had any massive leap in growth ever except maybe like pre puberty. I’m just kinda worried bc I haven’t grown since last August. I don’t have any facial hair at all and my voice isn’t very deep. I don’t have any armpit hair either.
