I'm in LA and recently filed a grievance letter to Kaiser for an endometrial biopsy that went wrong and caused me a lot of medical trauma and pain and suffering. Kaiser wrote me soon after apologizing and admitting fault that I didn't receive their standard of care and would use my experience to train on informed consent. I've been hunting for a lawyer to advise and represent me at arbitration but it's been difficult when so many only take catastrophic cases. Anyone have advice on how to win in arbitration, or know any lawyers who might take my case?

Anyone know of a provider in the San Fernando Valley area that does gentle IUD insertions and is open to pain management? I'm specifically in Van Nuys.

I'm severely traumatized from a cervical biopsy and can't fathom going through this IUD procedure with no medication or anesthesia...I hear both horror stories and amazing stories about the procedure, so I figure it all comes down to who performs it well with care
