International MBA chances and GMAT score

I have a Computer Science degree from USA and a GPA of 3.53. right now I am working at Citibank as an universal banker.

I know the essay matters a lot too but what GMAT score will be good to get in?

I will appreciate any advice or comment!

How can I enter the supply chain/logistics field without an undergrad degree?

I just graduated with a CS degree but it's too hard to find a job in that field. As of now I am working in a local bank as an universal banker and I've realized that I've always had a strong interest in business-related fields, and I'm considering transitioning my career into that direction.

I thought of doing a MS in supply chain management and logistics, but I saw on reddit that it wouldn't be a good idea to take it without any experience in the field. However, it will be difficult for me to find a job in the supply chain field with a CS degree in the first place.

Is there any advice on what I can do? perhaps trying to study and get a CSCP and try to land a job in the industry with that?

I will appreciate any opinion, thanks!
