SourcersBiz Coimbatore – shipment stuck for 65 days. Anyone else faced this?

Has anyone dealt with SourcersBiz, Coimbatore for shipping goods from China to India?
My shipment reached their warehouse on May 2026. It has now been 65 days, and I still haven't received it.
Initially, I was told the shipment would be cleared through Mumbai. Later, I was told that my parcel was part of a consolidated shipment containing around 10 packages. The explanations and timelines given to me have changed along the way, and I still don't have a clear answer about what's actually happening.
Communication has been the worst part. Multiple calls have gone unanswered, messages and emails have not received proper responses, and some of my interactions with their staff have been rude and dismissive.
I've repeatedly asked for the actual customs clearance status, relevant shipping/customs documentation and a realistic delivery date. After 65 days, I still don't have a proper answer.
The changing information and lack of communication have made me seriously question the transparency of the whole process.
Has anyone from Coimbatore/Tamil Nadu used SourcersBiz before? Did you eventually receive your shipment? Did you face similar delays or communication issues?
I have tracking details, screenshots, emails and conversations documenting the timeline.
Would appreciate hearing from anyone who has dealt with them or knows what my next step should be.
