I started an IAND return process on Ebay because the item wasn't as described and was dirty (staining, unknown residue, lots of cat hair) when the seller listed it as "Excellent Condition." The seller accused me of making it dirty myself and said she won't take back a damaged item. When I called her out on her BS, she just sent me a partial refund offer. I'm not accepting it and letting Ebay deal with the case. Should I record myself packing up the item for return? Is she able to accuse me of damaging it once she receives it back? Do I have to record myself opening up any future packages from Ebay now? I've never experienced this before and feeling flabbergasted.
I bought this bag off of Amazon and it didn’t come factory wrapped. It was just sealed inside a plastic bag so I’m sure I got a return. The tag was cut off and put inside the zipper compartment. It didn’t come with any of the original packaging besides some foam pieces on the inner hardware and zipper corners. There is some wear on two of the bottom corners of the bag too. Amazon is offering a partial refund of $65 if I keep it. I’m okay with keeping it with the refund, but I just want to make sure it’s real. Thanks!
