Hi all,
I’ve found that on this TTC journey I’ve been searching for some little extra habits to help promote a potential optimal ✨environment ✨ for a bubba as well as my mental health and would love to know if you have any recommendations or habits you’ve picked up along the way at any phase of the cycle! (I’m a bit woo woo so open to anything!)
Personally I have:
Started drinking spearmint tea (only during early cycle and stop a few days before expected ovulation). Hoping this helps with some PCOS symptoms.
Bought fun warm socks for the TWW (ladybugs on them of course for fertility maxing).
Bought some bone broth to add to meals!
