Tips ✨

Hi all,

I’ve found that on this TTC journey I’ve been searching for some little extra habits to help promote a potential optimal ✨environment ✨ for a bubba as well as my mental health and would love to know if you have any recommendations or habits you’ve picked up along the way at any phase of the cycle! (I’m a bit woo woo so open to anything!)

Personally I have:

  1. Started drinking spearmint tea (only during early cycle and stop a few days before expected ovulation). Hoping this helps with some PCOS symptoms.

  2. Bought fun warm socks for the TWW (ladybugs on them of course for fertility maxing).

  3. Bought some bone broth to add to meals!

14dpo feels

Currently around 14dpo and period is due today but still no sign. I did test 9dpo, 10dpo and 11dpo which were all stark white. Giving myself another days grace to see if AF comes before retesting (will admit it’s a constant pull and thought in my mind 😭). Fingers crossed and baby dust to everyone ✨ Note: I’ve had mild cramps on and off for the last four to five days which is why I’ve pretty much accepted I’m out this time, but positive thoughts for cycle 3!

Is this common results for PCOS - easy at home ovulation tests

Hi all,
I’ve just started taking the easy at home ovulation tests because I may have PCOS (tests underway with the drs), however was impatient and wanted to see if I ovulate! I wasn’t able to find a high or peak using clear blue advanced digital the last cycle and this cycle (currently CD20) and have just swapped to the opk strips! I was due to ovulate around CD16 but clear blue didn’t pick it up. Now the at home premom strips are saying lh levels of around 26-49 the last three days. If I ovulated should it have dropped lower or are these levels common in those with PCOS? Disclaimer: very new to this fertility journey and trying to conceive no# 1, on cycle 2!
