Me and my friend have never made sushi before, but both love it and wanted to make it. I did extensive research and tried my best. We have mostly maki but have sashimi from the leftover fish cuts too. How can I improve?

I know I want to have long hair, so I am in the awkward phase. I am unsure as to how to style my hair to do better with the awkward phase and torn on if I should keep the beard/mustache or shave it.
