I’m not sure if this is urgent. Is this my transmission or my transmission seal leaking

Upon arriving at the store on time, I encountered an issue with the merchants’ readiness. Despite this, I was still subjected to disciplinary action for alleged violations, which I believe were attributable to the store’s negligence.
