Replacing food addiction

I started using wegovy end of november. I did loose some kilos.

But the addiction of food is still there. I'm conscious of it and I would like something that replaces it.

Whether it be the short 5 min breaks at work (I go to the cafeteria to get a snack out of boredom or any feeling really) or the longer moments ( specifically at home whether it is to fill the void or to do something or to give me "love").

Did anybody conquered that and has tips for short and long periods?

Keep on making mistakes at work

How do I stop making stupid mistakes at work? Been doing the same work for 3 years and I feel im not focused, I forget stuff, I keep making mistakes. I feel dumb and already have a low self esteem.. how do I improve? I know the classics; eat better, do sports, .. im 35 years old and tired of feeling this way. I feel dumb all the time.

Is there anyone who has had the same situation and improved somehow? I'll take all the tips and tricks i can.
