I just want vaginalplasty since I keep getting hemorrhoids when I get fucked anally? Long story short, I’m not really transgender, but I’m a gay bottom. Every time I get fucked, either with a dildo or a real peanor, I get hemorrhoids. Even when I get them burnt off surgically they always come back after anal penetration.

Recently I’ve thought about getting bottom surgery and lied to my doctors saying I was transgender. I have it scheduled for a year from now. Does this make me transgender if I go through with getting a vagina? I barely like to top anyways. Thanks.
