Am i allergic to gel polish?
I’ve been doing my nails myself for a few months now (with beetles ik they suck) and have been using there nail tips and glue with no problems.
I switched to doing my nails on my natural nails about a month and a half ago and the first time i had no problems however the last two times i’ve noticed some itching around my cuticle area a few hours after finishing the set. There hasn’t been any swelling and I want to believe that it’s only red because of the itching.
The itching would go away after a week or two so I just thought it was irritation and ignored it, however since it happened a second time I got a little scared a started googling and I went down a rabbit hole and now i’m scared.
does it look like an allergic reaction or is it just irritation?
