context for just this one instance: my brother was complaining about this mosquito that came into our house, and how it bit him. When my mom hurt this, she came over to help my brother out and then she got on top of a chair that was like kind of like a barstool but like a chair, we have this in our house cause our tables are pretty high and she tries her best to catch the mosquito so of course she caught the mosquito but then in the process of it, she fell from the seat that was like as high bar chair. It made a really loud thought so I rushed downstairs and then saw like what happened. I was immediately distressed and worried about my poor mom because she was on the floor, groaning and saying that she was hurting. My dad, literally 2 feet away, was laying on the couch and looking out the window as if he was the most peaceful man on earth while his FUCKING WIFE was moaning on the floor literally 2 feet away from him. I was first confused, and then honestly fucking infuriated. It’s not the first time he showed this kind of attitude, so I was fed up and pissed. I cared and tended for my mom, first, of course. My little brother helped out too, like a NORMAL FUCKING HUMAN (not even family member!! If a stranger had fallen and started showing signs of distress of COURSE you would go over and help). But in the midst of all this my fucking deadbeat dad was laying on the couch, not even watching with his eyes. So I start saying stuff like “ you can’t even lift a finger??” “are so so serious right now?” “Can u please get off of the couch. my mom is hurt.” Etc. and then he tells me to shut my bitchass up and continues to do nothing. Later, when my mom moved to her bed, I was making her an ice pack, and while I was making an ice pack my dad started talking about how I was using too much ice. Like?? I snapped back by saying “if you’re going to complain, Are you seriously doing it from there? Don’t act like you care. Make it yourself then!” Then he emotionally shut off like always
