Does anyone have a reliable way to get a hold of service and repair department? My local gun store cracked the frame of my 509 and they are claiming they are unable to reach FN. I have tried calling at various times and am getting a message that I am calling outside of business hours. Does anyone know what I can do here?
I had my LGS installing the Apex flat faced trigger and they cracked the frame on my 509 Tactical, they said they will have to reach out to FN-
Does this mean they will have to send the gun to FN to fix and install the trigger for them?
Or will FN send them a new frame to replace the broken one?
Does anyone know what time frame I am looking at here? Hoping this will not take months, I was planning to use it for a pistol qualification but that is looking like it is not going to happen.
