Tooth clicks

Has anyone ever had a tooth feel like it slightly shifts, and then when you press or “move” it with your tongue it feels like it clicks back into place? It’s a lower tooth under my #12 area and it’s been happening for a while, even before I got my wisdom teeth removed.
There’s no pain at all, literally just a weird click/shift feeling when I push against it with my tongue and then it feels normal again. I can’t remember if I have an old filling there or not, so I’m wondering if it could be a loose filling, bite issue, clenching/grinding, or something with the ligament around the tooth.
I went to the dentist about 2 weeks ago and my perio chart was healthy and my treatment plan was only a regular cleaning in 6 months, so there apparently wasn’t any gum disease or major issue found. The tooth doesn’t feel loose with my fingers

What are my next steps?

Do I need an extraction, filling, or crown??I went to the dentist like 2 weeks ago and got a new scan and X-ray the whole 9 with a cleaning. They also classified my gums as healthy in my perio chart, and my bone structure itself is good. When exposed to air it isn’t sensitive, I haven’t ate since it chipped but tapping my teeth it isn’t sensitive. Top premolar btw
