Is Don evil like Chris?

It has been so long since i watched RR and i really didn't like it so i forgot alot of what happened including what Don's morality was. Is Don a sadist who abuses and tortures his contestants and interns like Chris?

Are these characters heroes or villains?

Noah?

Anne Maria?

Axel?

Topher?

Izzy?

These are the characters i have the hardest time morally scaling since they arent protagonists and aren't really that nice but at the same time they aren't antagonistic either.

Unpopular Opinion: It is not Chris fault Ezekiel got deformed

I know this is going to be a ver controversial take but the only person Ezekiel can blame for his sanity slippage into a feral beast is himself. He chose to cone back on to plane after Chris kicked him off, begged Chris to let him on compete, got what he asked for and then got eliminated by his teammates. Chris kicked him off the show like he does every other contestant but rather accept defeat Ezekiel held on to the plane (risking his own safety) and stowed on to it in attempt to make Chris and the producers let him back on the show. Everything else after thst was Ezekiel's own fault.

I am not saying Chris isn't an asshole. He definitely is but he wasn't really responsible fir whst happened to Zeke.

Why do people say not to take morality seriously because its a "slapstick" cartoon?

I mean, yeah the cartoon has a lot of slapstick but it is also one of the few comedy cartoons with an overarching story. When a villain or even flawed hero does something bad it often carries over to future episodes and even future seasons.

No i am not talking about DJ pushing Owen off a cliff as he harmlessly falls into the water but stuff like Heather kissing Trent, Leshawna's shit talking in Action, Chef breaking Owen's jaw, Harold rigging Courtney out, Amy physically and emotionally abusing her sister is stuff the show wants us to care about so i don't understand why people say morality doesn't matter in this show.

Its not like Family Guy where Peter Griffin can blow up a children's hospital or Stewie can go on a killing spree in one episode just to make a punchline and the show just forgets about it.

SSJG Goku vs Thragg in a flight race

Not in a fight lol. I am just talking about in speed, if the two were to have a flight contest to see who could fly across the planet. Who would do it faster?

A villain idea

I noticed TD has never went down the Well Intended Extremist route. An interesting concept i think for a season villain would be one who has researched Total Drama and is disgusted by the cruelty of the show. There goal would be to get Total Drama canceled. In their pursuit they would sabotage the challenges making them even more dangerous, borderline life threatening.

They would also manipulate the pther contestants causing eliminations and deconstructing their reasoning on why they would sign up for a show like this.

Did Chase kill animals and hospitalized 3 employees when he cut Emma's brakes?

I read somewhere that said animals were killed and 3 employees were hospitalized when Emma crashed into the pet shop. When was that stated though? I dont remember that being stated. I just remember Emma saying that she would donate the money to an animal hospital if she won, which i think would imply that the animals weren't dead.

If every villain said "sorry" who would you forgive?

Heather: Forgive or not?

Courtney: Forgive or not?

Alejandro: Forgive or not?

Scott: Forgive or not?

Scarlett: Forgive or not?

Sugar: Forgive or not?

Bowie: Forgive or not?

Julia: Forgive or not?

Can I win a small claims case for an as-is vehicle if the ad said that there was an optional engine/transmission warranty that I was never offered?

I bought this 2012 car for $3900 sold as-is at this dealership (I didn't know at the time of the purchase that i didn't have a warranty because as-is wasn't listed on the car window nor at the top of the paperwork. It was just listed at the bottom saying that the dealer disclaims all expressed or implied warranties) and within a few days the engine blew up from a coolant leak. The dealer is blaming me for it saying that i drove the car while it was overheating even though the temperature gauge never went hot. I wonder if he did anything to make the temperature not move because from what i know about cars (which isn't a lot) it is supposed to run hot when it overheats.

The ad for the car presented it as a reliable daily driver that just passed inspection and said that an optional engine/transmission warranty would be avaliable which i was never offered. I went on the ad said so i just assumed that i had a warranty since the as-is wasnt stated on the car's windshield or at the top of tge document like i said.

The dealer is doing nothing to compensate me even though i have been trying to negotiate with him. I reported him to my dmv. I have pictures and copies of all my documents including my buyer invoice, pictures of the dashboard lights, what broke and the ad.

Do i have a case in court?
