Smart meter new rental

Moving to a new rental but globird doesn't offer the free hours during the day.

They mention a smart meter is needed, how do I get one installed? Or is it just my area?

My partner and I WFH 2-3 days a week so we can shift a lot of our usage to that window.

Inspecting rentals brisbane so many people

Went to an inspection in Wooloowin and I think there was at least 50 people for a $600 2 bedroom place.

Felt so bad for the current tenants with 50+ people walking thru with their shoes on. It was so crowded.

Anyway just wanted to vent as I'm feeling a bit depressed about inspecting places now. So many people to compete with and were just trying to find something affordable so we can save for our own place. It's really difficult at the moment.

Tibialis anterior injury advice

Hope to get some advice or something about my injury

37 male, I injured the front of my lower left leg (below the knee) but left of the shin bone, running downhill about 5 months ago. Did 2 months of physio and they said it was my tibialis anterior, felt fine after a bit so stopped it. Didn't do any running since as I got lazy but also half scared of hurting myself again.

First run back today was meant to be an easy run/walk and it flared in the exact same spot after just 400m on flat running path. Hurt a bit but settled once I walked home, but barely took any load to trigger.

I've booked my GP, planning to push for imaging in case its something structural? Did a scan help anyone in a similar situation? Or should I just go back to the physio again? Maybe it's just a load bearing thing?

I miss running, I wasn't the biggest runner, doing 5-10kms a week but seeing other people run makes me feel a bit sad I'm not running as well.
