My knees has this crackle sound when I squat.

What supplements should i be adding in my daily routine ?

I only have creatine and magnesium right now
And was thinking of getting multi vitamins and omega 3 fish oil

Please share thoughts on Glucosamine and Chondroitin, collagen type II, Vitamin D3 + K2
