Welding
I’m a welder in the UK and I’m trying to understand how much earning potential there is in Norway. Here, welding can vary massively depending on what you do, you could work in a workshop on an average wage, move into something like pipe welding and earn considerably more, or work as a self-employed subcontractor for other companies or set your own business, like a mobile welder.
Is it similar in Norway, where there’s a big difference between general welding and more specialised/contract work, or is the earning potential generally more limited because of the working-hour restrictions and agreements?
