What should I do about that poor little cat?

Yesterday morning I heard there was a dog fight in our building. It lasted about a minute or so, then they left. When I went into the building today, I noticed this small cat in our building hiding in a corner and not responding to anything. I kept meowing and calling to her, but when I tried to touch her, she just hissed at me

I figured maybe the dogs hurt her or something. I got a towel and checked her carefully, but I didn’t find any blood or broken ribs I confirmed there were no broken bones. I put water and food out for her, but she won’t drink or eat at all

I concluded that maybe she had severe nervous and psychological shock. If I could bring her into my home I would, but I can’t do that. I keep going downstairs to check on her, but she’s still in the same state she doesn’t move and is hiding from the world

Any advice, please? What am I supposed to do with her? How do I treat her from this shock? Or at least get her to eat? I’ve left food and water out for her maybe she’ll eat or drink at some point. But honestly, she has absolutely no reaction to anything whatsoever
