Anyone find it extremely challenging to have a shower or keep delaying it knowing you need it.

I love being clean but find it hard

is it just me or is summer the absolute worst for autism especially the sun

It’s either lights or the sun in my face that gets to me I even have my blinds down all day so the room is nice and dim for my eyes.

Is it just me or is there always a fatigue that I can’t get rid of even when I eat enough food

I honestly have no idea and it’s bugging me out to be honest

Burnout haven’t recovered and don’t think I will

It’s been at least 6 years and no matter what I do it doesn’t go away lucky I have my cat to keep me regulated at times but other then that it’s a train wreck. It’s hard to shower sometimes. Like I know I need to do it but I keep delaying it till my hair is greasy 🥲
