8 Bit Shy Guy Figures based on the Yoshis Island SNES sprite!

Bomberman 4 was one of my favorite games from SNES. I spend so much time playing in Battle mode and loved the feature of using the different enemies abilities when they hatched. I made these clay figures when I was a kid because I loved their designs. Later in that time, I found out that the password 0164 unlocked all of them in battle mode which made me play and enjoy this game even more.

Here is an attempt I made to recreate the Shy Guy sprite from SNES Yoshi's Island. I always wanted a 5cm version of this figure and for that reason I searched for the smallest beads and glued them layer by layer. Since beads that size have unequal proportions, the end result was not as accurate as I imagined. If I had had perfectly squared beads, the result would have been even better. Anyway here I show the process of this project and how it ended.
