Help

20(M) accutane for 6 month including currently. Acne is starting to clear up but worried about scars.

My derm said its not severe but still concerned about it as living in small country where i think such advanced treatment like subcision doesn't exist.

Currently on 20 mg accutane. NEED HELP what type of treatment will it take for scars like mine? Please
