Lost dog in Powell Butte took of from Red Cloud Ave near the general store. Her name is Roxy. She is a 10 pound brown and black Chi-weenie mix. Last seen evening of 08/05 (wed) wearing red and white outfit UPDATE. SHIRT FOUND. SHE IS NO LONGER WEARING IT. IT WAS NOT TORN. SHE TOOK IT OFF. Posting for owner. I was the foster.
