A Spec Tech with Manual for Track Days?

Hi folks. Currently considering an Integra. Wondering if anyone has taken their a spec tech out for track days? It seems like the civic si can handle some tracking and the 1.5T is used on the Honda HPD track car.

I've considered a type s, but the price is high. And I worry about the cost of consumables and replacement parts/maintenance as it is low volume. There are plenty of regular integras on the road. + I would prob never track it due to fear/cost to be frank. I'm not opposed to the "slow car fast" mentality of the a spec.

New to the club! 26 Premium. Any tips on driver comfort?

I'm about 3 weeks in and having a hard time with the driver's seat. Any tips or trick on comfort? I know this is subjective, but these seats are not great for me. I didn't want a limited for a number of reasons.

I tried removing the plastic fixed lumbar in the seat, and adding memory foam instead, but not sure if this will have long term impacts on the structure of the seat.

I'm not overweight. Average height.
