I’m getting a breast lift with augmentation next week in Spain. My mum had originally said that the moon/pluto square is not good but that she didn’t know enough about transits so here I came to reddit and i’ve also been doing a bit of research myself.

Am I right to be worried about the Pluto-Uranus-Moon aspects? Also transit planets in my 8th house and viceversa.. they are a bit different whole sign and placidus so i’ve posted both. I’ve always used placidus for my chart but i’m really not well versed enough to have an actual preference🙏
Also Mars in Cancer which rules the breasts… am i cooked😭 is there anything good? MARS IN THE 8TH😭😭 trine Jupiter though? 👀

For context on the procedure, I’m very decided on it and i’ve been waiting for a long time and also I’ve never wanted to use electional astrology but now i’m slightly worried because these look exceptionally bad..
There was something I read in a book about pluto and seeing death as a friend (not to be dramatic) which has always spoken to me, the pluto in me is definitely my comfort zone… i dont even know how to explain it but yeah🥲 so maybe pluto aspects mean something different in my chart? Is that stupid?😂 send help 🆘

Hello, I gained about 30kg bery quickly a few years ago and now i’ve lost it all (30+kg)🙏
My breasts are completely deflated, and i have excess skin everywhere. I have quite muscular arms even though i really try not to exercise them, i wont complain because i know many people work hard to get muscles in the arm. I have kept trying to lose weight to make my arms smaller but i dont want to lose anymore and i still have a very big insecurity about my arms and breasts and their proportions.
I have been to a few surgeons about a year ago, but i insisted on mastopexy without implants even though many surgeons recommended becayse the mastopexy would leave me with even less tissue than what i have now. Safe to say that I’ve changed my mind😭😅
I was wondering if there’s anyone who’s had a similar case or a surgeon experienced in these kinds of cases who could tell me the type of implant that is ideally used in these cases especially to widen the chest area, not so much profile projection but from the front to make the arms look a bit more proportional.
