Need a reliable payment processing solution for your business?

Hey everyone,

I’m Adam, and I work in the merchant services space helping businesses navigate payment processing and business setup challenges.

I’ve noticed many founders run into issues like:

• Getting approved for payment processing
• Choosing between card payments, eCheck, or ACH
• Setting up recurring/subscription payments
• Handling international customers
• Understanding LLC, EIN, ITIN, and US business requirements

I work with different types of online businesses, including SaaS companies and other specialized industries, to help them find suitable solutions based on their needs.

If you’re currently facing payment-related challenges or have questions about setting things up properly, feel free to comment. I’ll be happy to share my experience and help where I can.

For businesses operating in high-risk industries, what payment solution has worked best for you?

Many high-risk merchants struggle with account holds, chargebacks, and sudden processor shutdowns. That's one of the reasons eCheck payments have remained a popular option for years. They often provide a more stable payment flow, lower processing costs, and fewer chargeback-related issues compared to traditional card processing.

Are you currently using eChecks, credit cards, ACH, or a combination of payment methods? What has your experience been like, and what challenges are you facing with your current processor?

What’s the biggest challenge you’re currently facing in payment processing right now?

The payments industry keeps changing fast—new compliance rules, stricter underwriting, rising chargebacks, fraud prevention tools, and constantly shifting risk policies from banks and processors.

I’m curious what people here are dealing with the most right now.

Are you struggling with:

  • Getting high-risk merchants approved?
  • Sudden account terminations or freezes?
  • Chargeback ratios increasing?
  • Finding stable banking relationships?
  • API / gateway integration issues?
  • Scaling your ISO or agent portfolio?

Or maybe something else entirely?

This subreddit has a mix of merchants, ISOs, agents, and processors—so it would be great to hear real experiences and what’s actually happening on the ground in 2026.

Drop your situation, wins, or even frustrations. Might help others here who are dealing with the same thing.

LLC Formation Question: Should I Register in My Home State or a Different State With Lower Fees?

Hi everyone,

I'm a bit confused about LLC formation and hoping someone can help clarify this.

I currently live in one state and operate from my home address. However, I've seen people recommend forming an LLC in states like Wyoming, Delaware, or others because of lower fees, taxes, or privacy benefits.

My question is:

  • If I'm running the business from my home address, should I form the LLC in my own state?
  • Can I legally form it in another state with lower costs?
  • If I register in another state, would I still need to register or file anything in my home state?
  • For small online businesses, is there actually any advantage to forming in a different state?

I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through this process or has experience with LLC formation.

Thanks in advance!

Need a Reliable Payment Processor for a High-Risk Business – Any Recommendations?

Hey everyone,

I’m currently looking for a dependable payment processor for my high-risk business and wanted to see if anyone here has solid recommendations or experiences to share.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

  • Supports high-risk merchants
  • Accepts international payments
  • Stable processing with low risk of sudden holds/freezes
  • Supports credit/debit cards
  • Reasonable rolling reserve and fees
  • Fast payouts preferred

I’ve already looked into a few options, but I’d really like to hear real-world feedback from people who are actively using processors for high-risk industries.

If you’ve had good (or bad) experiences with any providers, I’d appreciate the insight. Also open to offshore or crypto-friendly solutions if they’re reliable.

Thanks in advance!

Which US State Is Best for Opening an LLC? Need Urgent Advice

Hey everyone,

I’m planning to open a US LLC for my online business/SaaS and I need some urgent advice from people who already have experience with this.

I’ve been researching states like Wyoming, Delaware, New Mexico, and Florida, but every person seems to recommend something different. My main concerns are:

  • Low annual fees/taxes
  • Easy maintenance
  • Good for non-US residents
  • Smooth banking and payment processor approvals
  • Privacy and less paperwork
  • Better support for Stripe/merchant accounts

I’d really appreciate honest suggestions from founders or business owners who already went through the process.

Which state would you personally recommend and why?
